NextWave Solutions, is a sales and development firm in Greensboro, seeking a Full-time Team Member who sees the bigger picture for the Triad. Cell phones, data plans, and Fiber internet aren't separate decisions; they're one connected service. The Team Member also engages with customers in person, helps them see how everything works better together Technology choices keep our customers connected, productive, and entertained every day. As a Team Member, this is your first chapter, and it's an exciting one. In this role, the Team Member introduces customers to smartphones, mobile services, wireless data plans, and Fiber Internet through personalized, in-person customer consultations Responsibilities of the Team Member Conduct in-person customer enrollment consultations to assess their connectivity needs and recommend mobile plans, devices, and Fiber packages. Educate our customers on the bundle value in person and explain how pairing Fiber with mobile plans reduces costs and improves home connectivity. Close customer enrollment in person with transparent pricing, and clearly explain monthly costs, promotions, and expected installation timelines. Drive bundle adoption by showing how Mobile and Fiber together simplify billing and improve overall connectivity. Build long‑term customer relationships through follow‑up visits and plan reviews that encourage upgrades and renewals. Collaborate with fellow Team Members to ensure installations meet customer expectations and timelines. Qualifications of the Team Member A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Passionate about customer service is a plus. Clear communication skills for effective in-person customer enrollment interactions. Detail-oriented when helping process new enrollment transactions and account data. A proactive learner quickly mastering service knowledge to aid customer enrollment conversations.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
