Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations Take accurate food and beverage orders, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with food running, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure sanitation standards are met Manage guest relations by resolving concerns efficiently and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Support food safety protocols during food handling and preparation, adhering to sanitation guidelines Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred, but not required Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and multitask seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and basic math for cash handling and cashiering Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
