What You'll Do As a Crew Member, you will help create a great experience for our guests while keeping the café running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Provide friendly, welcoming service to every customer. Bring positive energy and "Tropitude" to every shift. Prepare fresh ingredients, food, and smoothies according to Tropical Smoothie Café standards. Take customer orders and accurately process cash and card transactions. Operate and maintain the register and cash drawer responsibly. Set up, stock, and maintain food and smoothie preparation stations. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Keep the kitchen, workstations, dining area, restrooms, and other café areas clean and organized. Follow all company safety, security, and operational policies. Work effectively with fellow Crew Members as part of a team. Assist with additional tasks needed to keep the café operating efficiently. What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are: Friendly and customer-focused. Dependable and responsible. Energetic and positive. Willing to learn and work as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. Legally authorized to work in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements. Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training!

Physical Requirements This position requires:

Standing and walking for most or all of a shift. Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds for tasks such as stocking, refilling ice, and taking out trash. Frequent face-to-face interaction with customers and team members. Ability to safely work in a fast-paced café environment. Ability to multitask and remain professional and positive during busy periods. Schedule & Work Environment Most shifts are approximately 4-8 hours , depending on business needs. Availability may be needed for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays . Employees are expected to follow Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene standards. Fun, upbeat, fast-paced environment — no fryers!
