Shifts:

Between 10:00 AM•8:00 PM (must be comfortable working into the evening) Job Overview We are hiring for a fast-paced auto detailing position at a busy dealership. This is a physical, high-output job. You will be on your feet, moving constantly, and working as part of a small team to complete vehicles quickly and correctly. This is not a slow or part-time environment. We are looking for people who want to stay busy, work hard, and earn based on performance.

What You'll Do:

Wash vehicles (exterior) Clean interiors (vacuum, wipe-down, detail work) Prepare vehicles for customer delivery Work efficiently as part of a team

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and reliability Able to work on your feet for long hours Comfortable with physical labor and fast pace Willing to learn and follow direction

Requirements :

Valid driver's license (required) Available to work 6 days per week Able to work 8-10 hour shifts Dependable and on time

Experience :

Experience preferred but not required W​e provide training Experience in car wash, warehouse, or other physical jobs is a plus

Pay Structure :

This is a commission-based position with a weekly minimum guarantee You are paid the higher of: your commission or the weekly minimum Top performers earn more as they improve speed and efficiency.
