Front of House Team Member

We're looking for friendly, dependable team members to join our front of house crew at The Friendly Market. This position may be filled in one or more of the following roles depending on your availability and fit. All roles require a positive attitude, willingness to pitch in, and a genuine interest in taking care of our customers and teammates.

Job Duties include:

Greet every customer warmly and take time to understand what they're looking for Help customers find the right products and make confident recommendations Keep merchandise stocked, rotated, and looking great on the shelf Handle transactions accurately — cash, card, and everything in between Answer phones and assist customers with questions about our products and services Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for whatever the day brings What we're looking for Friendly, customer-focused attitude Reliable and punctual Comfortable working on your feet and handling light physical tasks Team player willing to jump in wherever needed Prior retail or customer service experience a plus, but not required
