About the
Role:
As a Crew Member at Moore's Olde Tyme Barbeque, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Your primary focus will be on maintaining cleanliness, preparing and serving food and beverages, and supporting team members to meet operational goals efficiently. You will be responsible for adhering to health and safety standards, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to a welcoming and friendly environment. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the hospitality sector. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of the establishment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving lifting and moving items. Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems. Multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base. Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and customer specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining spaces, kitchen, and restrooms. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff. Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and resolve any customer concerns efficiently.
