This is an excellent opportunity for a first job, students who may need flexible scheduling or anyone looking to be a part of a great team. The treat team member responsibilities include: Greet guests with a friendly welcome while providing excellent customer service Preparing our signature treats quickly and efficiently Working point of sale and drive thru transactions Assist with overall cleanliness in all service areas of the store Taking direction from leaders and work well in a team environment Job requirements: At least 15 years old Able to lift 35 lbs. People orientated, self-motivated, dependable, ability to multitask and have a positive attitude Must have reliable transportation to and from store Starting salary ranges from $9 to $12 an hour plus tips. Tips fluctuate and can increase your wage dramatically.
