In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The position involves a variety of duties including food service, cashier responsibilities, cleaning, and waitstaff tasks. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele. This is a paid position that offers an engaging work environment where teamwork and hospitality are valued. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere Take customer orders accurately using POS systems and process payments efficiently as a cashier Serve food and beverages, ensuring timely delivery and presentation according to standards Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and workstations to uphold health and safety standards Clear tables, reset for new guests, and handle food service tasks as needed Communicate effectively with team members and customers in both Spanish and English Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy Support other front-of-house duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Experience using POS systems is advantageous but training will be provided Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication with our diverse customer base Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment are important qualities for success in this role
