As a locally owned and operated Eastern North Carolina restaurant, we are known across Raleigh and Garner for our classic hot dogs, cheeseburgers, vegitable beef soup, and homemade chicken salad.

What You'll Do As a Team Member, you are the backbone of our daily operations. We cross-train our staff across both the front counter and the grill line so the shop runs smoothly and efficiently on every shift.

Guest Hospitality & POS Operations:

Welcome regular guests and newcomers alike with warm, courteous service, take accurate orders, and handle register/POS transactions efficiently.

Grill & Food Preparation:

Prepare our signature hot dogs, burgers, homemade soups, and sides to exact recipe and portion standards—delivering the classic NC tradition our customers expect.

Quality & Food Safety:

Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards before any order goes out the window.

Station Ownership:

Keep your work area, prep stations, and dining areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift without needing constant reminders.

Steady Pacing & Teamwork:

Work side-by-side with a reliable crew to keep the line moving smoothly during busy lunch and dinner rushes, and handle prep and cleaning tasks proactively during slower periods.

What We're Looking For Daytime & Weekday Availability:

While we are open 7 days a week, we have a strong need for team members with open availability during weekday morning, lunch, and afternoon shifts , as well as weekends.

Proven Reliability:

Experience:
