Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders and transactions Manage customer orders with accuracy, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve the customer experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, and service stations Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed at all times Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment operation, and food safety management Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous but training will be provided Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the food industry who thrive on delivering exceptional service.
