Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Representative - Smoothie Bar. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious smoothies for members and customers, assisting with increased orders through DoorDash, and providing excellent customer service at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong multitasking skills, and prioritize food safety and cleanliness. Duties Prepare a variety of smoothies, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Process cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system. Assist with increasing DoorDash orders by preparing smoothies for delivery alongside the front desk team. Greet members and guests at the front desk, check them in efficiently, and provide friendly customer service. Maintain cleanliness of the smoothie bar area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to food safety standards. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management as needed. Follow food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and members. Support team efforts in promoting healthy beverage options and enhancing member satisfaction through attentive service. Requirements Previous experience in food or beverage preparation is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact with members and team members effectively. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
