From Trackman simulators to a high-energy environment, our team plays a key role in creating an experience that feels welcoming, organized, and engaging. Whether guests are serious golfers, first-timers, or just out for a night with friends, our team helps create an experience that feels welcoming, energetic, and genuinely fun. Role Description Net Par Shallotte is looking for friendly, reliable Team Members to help create an awesome guest experience at our indoor golf venue. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active during their shift, and being part of a fun, energetic environment. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide excellent guest service Assist with Trackman simulator setup and basic operation Serve food and beverages responsibly Reset golf bays between reservations Manage reservations and POS transactions Support events, parties, and group outings as needed What We're Looking For No prior experience required — we will train Bartending or golf knowledge is a plus, but not required Comfortable working nights and weekends Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
