Position Schedule & Availability We are hiring for year-round, Full-Time Front of House positions on both our Day and Evening teams . Applicants should be able to consistently maintain one of the following availability windows:

DAY SHIFT

Availability beginning at 6:00 AM Typical shifts run approximately 6:00 AM-3:00/4:00 PM Available 5 days per week Approximately 38-45 hours per week

EVENING SHIFT

Availability beginning at 2:00 PM Typical shifts run approximately 2:00 PM-10:30/10:45 PM Available 5 days per week Approximately 38-45 hours per week For both positions: Friday and Saturday availability is required Availability must remain consistent year-round Sundays are always off — Chick-fil-A Shelby is closed every Sunday Because these are full-time positions, the availability associated with the role is expected to remain consistent throughout the year rather than changing seasonally or from semester to semester. You believe in helping others win. What You'll Do As a Front of House Team Member, you'll serve guests throughout our restaurant and drive-thru. You'll take and serve orders, prepare beverages and desserts, maintain clean work areas, assist with opening or closing responsibilities depending on your shift, and work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons .
