Round Bagels & Donuts is looking for an energetic, friendly, and hard-working team member to help us keep Wilmington fueled with fresh bagels, tasty sandwiches, and smiling service! If you're someone who loves being part of a fun, fast-paced team, takes pride in their work, and can bring a little sunshine to the early shift — we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Greet customers and make them feel welcome Craft coffee and drinks to perfection Stock coolers and keep supplies ready to roll Build sandwiches and assist with food prep Keep your workspace and shop sparkling clean Accurately ring up orders and handle payments Deliver awesome customer service every single time What We're Looking For A team player with a go-getter attitude Someone who loves mornings — shift starts around 6:15 a.m. and ends about 2:30 p.m. Restaurant or customer service experience preferred Great communication and listening skills High energy and attention to detail — we move fast! A strong work ethic and pride in doing things right Perks $14-$16/hr (includes tips!)
