Job Description
Gwinner Teal's Market seeks dedicated and enthusiastic day shift Deli Clerks to join our team. At Teal's Market, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and a wide selection of quality products at competitive prices. Join us in creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our valued customers. Shifts Weekdays
- 3•5 days a week 9•3 pm Weekends•9•2 pm Job duties Assist customers with food recommendations, samples, and inquiries Cut, weigh, package, and price meats and cheeses Fry food as needed Maintain clean work areas and update displays Ensure the freshness of products and proper dating Inform customers about specials, promotions, and new items Qualifications 16+ years old Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Benefits Weekend hourly increased wages +$1/hr Associate deli discounts Associate grocery discounts Referral bonuses and advancement opportunities.
