Experienced Daycare Team Member M-F available 6am-6pm

Looking for experienced team member who are available M-F between 6am-6pm and looking for long term work.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS CHILD ABUSE AND CRIMINAL HISTORY BACKGROUND CHECKS. MUST BE SOMEONE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN BEING ON TIME AND IS RELIABLE. LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS WHO LOVE CHILDREN AND WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve supervising and engaging with children, implementing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care and supervision to children in our facility
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management strategies when necessary
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
• Maintain open communication with administration regarding a child's progress and any concerns that may arise
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate activities for children
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• First Aid and CPR certification
