As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our café runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include interacting with customers, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to café standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Sanitate work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff. Buss tables promptly to ensure a tidy dining area for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and inventory management. Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or a café setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic cash handling systems is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving items as needed.
