Must be fast working as we are a fast pace Dunkin with a lot of orders. Must have time management skills Responsibilities Prepare a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads according to established recipes and customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food prep area, adhering to food safety regulations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Manage food handling responsibilities including portion control, storage, and inventory management Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Ensure quick turnaround times during busy hours by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks Assist with bussing tables or cleaning workstations to maintain a tidy environment Experience Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math helps ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing Background in culinary arts or restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction Join us today to craft delicious sandwiches while delivering exceptional service!
