Position Summary:

The McDonald's Overnight Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting restaurant operations during overnight hours. Team members work in a fast-paced environment to ensure customers receive accurate orders and a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and take orders accurately. Prepare food and beverages according to McDonald's standards. Operate cash registers and handle customer payments. Assemble and package customer orders. Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Stock supplies and replenish inventory as needed. Perform overnight cleaning tasks, including equipment and workstations. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures. Work collaboratively with team members and managers. Assist with opening preparations for the morning shift. Qualifications No previous experience required; training provided. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
