Restaurant Hours:

11:00 AM - 9:00 PM Shifts include lunch, dinner, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About Us Campus Town Grill is a fast-growing family-owned halal Mediterranean restaurant located across from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). We prepare authentic chicken shawarma, beef & lamb shawarma, gyros, falafel, burgers, wings, fresh salads, and handcrafted sauces using high-quality halal ingredients. We're looking for energetic, dependable team members who already have restaurant experience and want to continue developing their customer service, food service, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to learn every aspect of restaurant operations while working alongside an experienced ownership team. Responsibilities Guest Service Welcome every guest with a friendly attitude Answer menu questions and make recommendations Provide excellent customer service Resolve guest concerns professionally Cashier & Toast POS Process orders accurately using Toast POS Handle cash and credit card transactions Maintain order accuracy Package takeout and delivery orders Dining Room Responsibilities Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths and countertops Sweep and mop dining room floors Maintain beverage station and condiment area Clean interior and exterior restaurant windows Clean men's and women's restrooms throughout the day Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness Inventory & Organization Restock drinks, sauces, utensils and packaging Monitor inventory levels Notify management of low inventory Receive and organize deliveries Kitchen Support During Slow Periods Prep vegetables Portion sauces Assemble orders Assist cooks with basic prep Wash dishes and kitchen equipment Help maintain a clean kitchen Qualifications Required Minimum 1 year restaurant or hospitality experience Excellent customer service skills Strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Weekend availability Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Preferred 2+ years restaurant experience Toast POS experience Fast-casual restaurant experience Bilingual (English/Spanish or Arabic) Food Handler or ServSafe Certification What We're Looking For We're seeking professionals who: Take pride in cleanliness Have a positive attitude Work well under pressure Are dependable and punctual Want to learn multiple restaurant positions Are interested in growing into Shift Lead or Management roles Training & Onboarding All new hires complete a structured onboarding and training program before working independently.
