Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Crew Leaders and Crew Members for Afternoon and Night shifts! Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve Sonic menu items quickly and accurately during afternoon and night shifts Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, upbeat attitude Operate the drive-in station, carhop, and/or food prep areas as needed

Crew Leaders:

supervise and motivate team members to maintain speed and quality standards

Crew Leaders:

assist with opening/closing duties and shift management responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth shift operations

Requirements:

Previous fast food, quick service restaurant (QSR), or customer service experience preferred Crew Leader candidates should have prior supervisory or team lead experience Availability to work afternoon and/or night shifts, including weekends Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
