Role:
As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at our locations in MLK, Palisade, and West Side. Your primary focus will be to create a welcoming environment for customers by efficiently handling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting team members. This position requires adaptability and a positive attitude to meet the dynamic needs of a fast-paced service environment. You will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence by adhering to company standards and safety protocols. Ultimately, your efforts will help build a strong community presence and foster repeat business through outstanding service.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills to handle transactions and cash register operations. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or food service industry. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders promptly while providing product information and recommendations. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company quality and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, dining space, and equipment throughout the shift. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive experience.
