Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing inquiries professionally. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations. Manage food handling responsibilities including stocking supplies, bussing tables, and assisting with food delivery to customers. Support team members during busy hours by multitasking between food prep, cashiering, and cleaning duties to ensure smooth operations. Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment use to uphold the highest standards of hygiene. Experience Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic culinary skills is advantageous. Experience using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling protocols is desirable. Retail math skills including basic math for cash handling and sales transactions are beneficial.
