Our company is searching for highly driven individuals that are looking to acquire leadership skills and grow within the company. The responsibility of a Team Member is preparing and serving food, taking orders, maintaining a clean environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

This includes:

(a) ensuring company standards are met; (b) assisting with inventory; (c) remaining enthusiastic with a positive attitude; and (d) ensuring the highest quality of products and services are delivered to customers. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Team Members that are hard-working, willing to learn, team oriented, friendly and honest. Our goal is to always promote from within by developing Team Members into Shift Leaders and providing a path to continued growth within our company. Required Skills:

• Complete Zaxbys University training program.
• Participate in both opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure company standards are met.

• Direct interaction with customers to ensure we are delivering the highest possible experience.
• Always remain positive and enthusiastic.
• Ensure the property is maintained and free of trash.
