Responsibilities Manage restaurant reservation systems and coordinate guest seating to optimize flow and minimize wait times Handle all phone communications with professionalism, using proper phone etiquette to take orders, answer inquiries, and confirm reservations Prepare and process to-go orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring order accuracy and timely completion Provide exceptional guest services by greeting customers, answering questions about menu items, and assisting with special requests Maintain organization of pick-up areas, ensuring orders are ready for guests upon arrival and that the environment remains clean and welcoming Support food safety standards by following proper handling procedures during order preparation and pickup processes Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operation during busy periods Experience Previous experience in a restaurant setting, particularly in host/hostess roles or food service positions, is highly preferred Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems and restaurant table management systems is a plus Strong communication skills, including phone communication and guest relations experience, are essential Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing order totals confidently Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS will be advantageous Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards to deliver consistent guest satisfaction Join us as a To-Go Specialist and become an integral part of creating memorable dining experiences!
