As a Mister Softee Team Member, you play an important role in continuing that tradition. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable individuals who enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're serving a child's first ice cream cone or helping a family continue a summer tradition, every interaction matters. What You'll Do Guest Service Greet every guest with a smile and positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Resolve guest concerns professionally and respectfully. Thank every customer and invite them to return. Product Preparation Prepare soft-serve cones, cups, shakes, sundaes, and specialty items. Follow portion and presentation standards. Maintain product quality and consistency. Ensure all food is prepared safely and correctly. Cleanliness & Food Safety Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Wash hands frequently and correctly. Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized. Complete cleaning assignments throughout the shift. Maintain a clean dining, service, and preparation area. Teamwork Support fellow team members during busy periods. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Help create a positive and fun workplace environment. Be willing to learn and improve every day. What We're Looking For Required Qualities Friendly and outgoing personality Positive attitude Reliable attendance Strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow directions and safety procedures Commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required. Previous food service experience is a plus. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer periods. Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods. Lift up to 25 pounds. Work in a fast-paced environment. Frequently reach, bend, and move throughout the work area. Work both indoors and outdoors depending on operational needs. Requirements:

Must be able to work weekends into October. Must be able to work nights and weekends in the summer months.
