Sanitation Worker - Overnight/Early Morning South Jersey Bakery LLC is a manufacturer of fresh-baked goods produced for local Dunkin' franchisees. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Sanitation Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe production facility. This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous sanitation experience is not required. The right candidate must be reliable, coachable, and available to work overnight or early morning hours when production is not operating.

Varies based on business needs, primarily overnight and early morning hours Job Responsibilities Help ensure sanitation practices are consistently followed throughout the facility. Clean and sanitize bakery equipment according to established cleaning procedures. Clean production areas, common areas, loading docks, and exterior grounds. Wash and sanitize racks, baskets, pans, pails, and other production tools. Properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and sanitation equipment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practice requirements. Clean and sanitize truck boxes as needed. Filter and boil out fryers as assigned. Communicate effectively with the Sanitation Manager and other team members. Follow coaching and direction provided by management. Help maintain a clean, safe, and team-focused bakery environment. Perform other sanitation duties as assigned. Qualifications Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Must be coachable and able to follow instructions. Must be available to work overnight and early morning hours. Must have reliable transportation or another dependable way to report to work during required hours. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to lift boxes, baskets, pails, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to follow uniform and Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
