Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute salads and sandwiches with consistency and precision Follow recipes, plating guidelines, and portion controls Maintain a clean and organized station during service Work closely with the team to ensure timely and efficient service Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Contribute to a respectful, collaborative kitchen culture

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a professional kitchen or food service setting preferred Familiarity with proper food handling and safe ingredient storage Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed ServSafe certification preferred but not required
