Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced dining environment. Duties
- Assist with food preparation and presentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent food service to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining areas
- Assist customers with menu selections and offer recommendations
- Operate cash registers efficiently
- Utilize basic math skills for transactions
- Support bussing and clearing tables as needed Experience
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and help colleagues as needed
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
