Duties Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following food safety protocols, including proper handling of ingredients and kitchen equipment. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests, answering questions about menu options, and addressing concerns promptly. Assist with food safety management tasks like sanitation, bussing tables, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred. Strong background in food preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Excellent customer service skills with an energetic attitude that engages guests positively. Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management.
