ROMA COFFEE

is looking for dependable, hard-working team members to join our Counter Crew team. We are a fast-paced café environment where everyone works together to keep service running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with room for growth for the right person. What You'll Do As a Counter Crew Team Member, you will be trained in all front-of-house positions, including: Register/customer service Drink preparation/barista duties Food prep and plating Light baking and pastry preparation Cleaning and closing tasks Stocking and maintaining café standards This is a true team environment — everyone helps with everything. At ROMA COFFEE, no task is "below" anyone. We all wash dishes, mop floors, scrub toilets, stock products, help each other during rushes, and do what needs to be done to keep the café running well. Who We're Looking For We are looking for people who: Have a strong work ethic Are self-starters who stay productive without constant direction Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Are dependable and punctual Are willing to learn every station in the café Take pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and consistency Bring a positive attitude and professionalism to the team This role is best suited for people who genuinely enjoy staying busy and being part of a team-oriented environment. Growth & Tip Structure At ROMA COFFEE, we believe in promoting from within and rewarding initiative, consistency, and reliability. Team members begin with training wages and limited tip pool participation Once Front of House is fully mastered, team members receive 1/2 tips Once all stations are mastered, team members receive full tips Tips currently average approximately an additional $5-$7/hour.
