As a vital link in our restaurant operations, the Runner will ensure smooth and efficient service by delivering food, beverages, and supplies promptly and accurately. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the guest experience, supporting the culinary team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to tables swiftly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist with setting up dining areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in service stations Follow sanitation procedures to uphold food safety and hygiene standards throughout all tasks Support the culinary team by transporting ingredients, utensils, or equipment as needed Provide friendly and attentive customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries Ensure compliance with food safety management practices and restaurant policies at all times Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing when required Skills Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with food safety management practices to ensure compliance with health standards Ability to operate POS systems efficiently for order handling and payments Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in delivering accurate orders and maintaining cleanliness Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
