This is a fast-paced, behind-the-scenes role that helps keep the festival running smoothly. We're looking for reliable team members who can think quickly, stay organized, and work efficiently in a high-volume environment. This role requires constant movement, urgency, and a positive attitude. Las Vegas, NV September 5-6, 2026 11-hour shift Responsibilities Deliver beer, liquor, ice, cups, mixers, and supplies from the warehouse to assigned bars. Respond quickly to restock requests from bar managers and bartenders. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Help cover bar staff breaks when needed. Keep storage and work areas organized. Communicate with the Inventory Manager and Runner Lead via radio. Assist with operational tasks as assigned by management. Maintain a safe, professional, and efficient work environment. Qualifications Must be 21 years or older Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Able to walk long distances throughout the festival grounds. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation. Previous festival, warehouse, restaurant, or event experience is a plus but not required.
