Job Description Establish and maintain open communication channels with employees, develop employee relations programs and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures. Administer the employee disciplinary review process. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with employees; counsel and investigate employee work-related problems. Analyze and recommend solutions to work-related problems or disputes. Develop and implement employee communications programs, employee activities, and employee recognition programs. Coordinate and provide referrals for employee assistance programs. Assist employee with investigation and presentation at Employee Disciplinary Review Committee hearings. Recruit EDRICK committee members and coordinate all aspects of EDRICK program. Administer and recommend new employee relations programs. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations preferred. Must have demonstrated leadership skills and extensive knowledge in HRrelated legal compliance, employee relations, culture, and communications. Must have exceptional negotiation and mediation skills. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
