TEAM MEMBER

• Overview As an Apex Team Member, you will go into elementary schools for a 2-week period to inspire kids through key leadership lessons and facilitate a Fitness Event (Fun Run, Color Games, Glow in the Dark Fitness Moves etc.

). The program is a leadership-driven and fitness promoting fundraiser which includes: teacher huddles, pep rallies, class lessons, prize distribution, event day and recap. This is a school-calendar aligned leadership role with opportunities across both fall and spring seasons. Team members begin in August 2026, work through November, enjoy a scheduled winter break (unpaid), and return in January 2027 through May 2027. Many applicants appreciate the built-in seasonal flexibility while still having consistent work throughout the academic year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve teachers and administrators while striving to make their jobs easier Inspire students by being an excellent role model at ALL times Teach leadership lessons inside of classrooms and interact with students during lunch and PE. Organization of Prizes, Facilitating Classroom Rewards Communication to teachers,admin, and staff members of program/class progress Set up and tear down equipment needed for each aspect of the program
