Fast Food Team Member

Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders efficiently and accurately Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and providing correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Follow proper food safety protocols to ensure quality control and prevent contamination or spoilage Experience Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is advantageous but training will be provided Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Experience in customer service roles within the food industry or retail sectors such as grocery stores or cafés is beneficial Join us today to become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service that keeps our guests coming back!
