Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting in various kitchen and front-of-house operations. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working as part of a team. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining spaces, kitchen, and food preparation areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Utilize POS system for order processing and inventory management. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Experience handling cash transactions and operating a cash register is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
