Job Description
Job Summary Beacon Grille is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Restaurant Associate to support daily restaurant operations and help create a positive experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, and be willing to assist across different areas of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. Take and accurately process customer orders. Assist with food and beverage service according to restaurant standards. Communicate customer requests and special instructions to kitchen staff. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked dining and service areas. Operate the point-of-sale system and process routine transactions accurately. Assist with food preparation and other kitchen support tasks when needed. Monitor dining areas and respond promptly to guest needs. Restock supplies, utensils, service items, and other restaurant materials. Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures. Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to maintain efficient service. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties. Help maintain consistent service quality during busy periods. Perform other duties as assigned by restaurant management. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong teamwork and time-management skills. Good attention to detail when handling orders and transactions. Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Reliable, punctual, and dependable work habits. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
