This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, staying organized, and paying close attention to detail. As a Customer Experience Team Member, you will assist customers with clothing and household item drop-off and pickup, carefully inspect customer belongings, and enter accurate item information into our computer system. Because accuracy is very important, candidates may complete a brief skills exercise involving garment recognition and color identification during the hiring process. New hires participate in approximately 120 hours of paid hands-on training . Training may take place at multiple company locations, including Hamburg, Orchard Park, and East Aurora.
