Job Description
Wild Fig Restaurant is a locally owned fast-casual restaurant and now looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Front Counter Team Member to provide outstanding customer service. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering a great guest experience, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately using our POS system.
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
- Process cash and credit card transactions.
- Package dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately.
- Keep the front counter, dining area, and beverage station clean and organized.
- Restock supplies and assist with light food preparation when needed.
- Work as part of a team to maintain fast, efficient service. Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend and evening availability is preferred.
- Previous restaurant or cashier experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person. What We Offer
