Tony's Tacos -
You are expected to move between stations based on business needs. 1. Register & Order Taking Greet every guest within 5 seconds with energy and eye contact Take orders quickly, accurately, and confidently Guide guests through the menu and suggest add-ons (drinks, combos, extras) Repeat orders when necessary to ensure accuracy Handle payments efficiently and correctly Maintain a clean and organized register area 2. Packing & Expediting Read tickets carefully and assemble orders accurately and completely Double-check all items before handing off Communicate clearly with the kitchen on missing or delayed items Ensure food presentation meets Tony's standards Call out orders clearly and hand off with energy 3. Drinks Station Prepare all beverages quickly and consistently (sodas, margaritas, specialty drinks) Follow all recipes and portion standards Keep the station fully stocked at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift Tony's Golden Rules Be fast, friendly, and focused Keep your station cleaner than you found it We are one team — there is no "not my job" Guests see everything — take pride in every detail

Shift Leader Role Purpose As a Front of House Team Member, you are the face of Tony's Tacos. From the moment a guest walks in to the moment they leave, you create the experience. You bring the energy, move with urgency, and take pride in every order you serve. At Tony's, we don't just serve food — we create moments. Core Responsibilities Guest Experience Greet every guest within 5 seconds with eye contact and energy Use friendly, natural language — never robotic Know the menu and guide guests with confidence Ensure orders are accurate, fast, and complete Handle issues with a positive attitude — involve a manager when needed Cleanliness & Organization Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready at all times Maintain dining area cleanliness throughout the shift Follow all opening, shift, and closing cleaning duties Speed & Hustle Move with purpose — there is always something to do Stay focused during rushes — speed matters, but accuracy matters more Be proactive — don't wait to be told what to do Teamwork Support your teammates once your station is handled Communicate clearly with kitchen and managers Bring positive energy — it impacts the entire team Appearance & Standards Arrive in full, clean uniform (polo tucked in, no Crocs) Maintain neat hair, clean nails, and minimal jewelry Wear your name tag proudly FOH Stations & Responsibilities All FOH Team Members are expected to be trained and capable of working each station below.You are expected to move between stations based on business needs. 1.
