With our first location already thriving in Oyster Bay, NY, we're excited to open our newest spot in Long Beach, NY — and we want the right people to help us build something great. The Role We're looking for friendly, energetic team members to welcome guests, take orders accurately, and keep the front of house running smoothly. If you love people and a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly and take orders at the counter or register Process payments accurately using our POS system Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff Keep the front of house clean, stocked, and guest-ready Handle guest questions, feedback, and special requests with a smile Assist with packaging and handing off orders quickly and accurately What We're Looking For Prior customer service or food service experience preferred Positive attitude and strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Basic math and cash-handling ability Reliable, punctual, and a team player What You Get Starting pay at $17/hr Tips / tip pool Free meals Real growth opportunities — we're expanding and promote from within A positive, team-first work environment
