Full-Time / Part-Time Pi Bakery is a modern Greek bakery and coffee shop located on the Upper East Side. We are looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our growing team. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service Take and prepare customer orders accurately Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages Handle pastries, Greek pies, frozen yogurt, and other menu items Operate the POS system and process payments Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with opening and closing duties Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods What We're Looking For Previous café, bakery, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to work well as part of a team NYC Food Protection Certificate is a major plus Comfortable using Slack for team communication and staying up to date with workplace announcements What We Offer $22/hour including tips Consistent scheduling Employee discount Training provided Friendly, professional work environment Opportunity to grow as Pi Bakery expands To apply: Please submit your resume and briefly tell us about your previous hospitality or customer-service experience.
