Responsibilities Prepare and assemble deli products with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and answering questions about deli items Handle food safely by following sanitation guidelines, proper food handling procedures, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the work area Restock and organize deli displays to keep the area attractive and inviting for customers Assist with food preparation tasks including slicing meats, cheeses, and other deli items using appropriate kitchen equipment Support cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and upselling products to maximize sales opportunities Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick service or fast-food setting Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional service.
