7721 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304 We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Crew Members to join our Moe's Southwest Grill team. Crew Members play an important role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests receive fresh, quality food in a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take orders and prepare food according to Moe's standards Prepare and serve burritos, bowls, tacos, and other menu items Maintain food quality, freshness, and proper portioning Operate the POS system and process payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Follow food safety, health, and sanitation standards Restock food, packaging, and supplies as needed Work effectively with the team to provide fast and efficient service Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications Friendly and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well as part of a team Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Training provided Friendly and supportive work environment Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee meal benefits If you are energetic, dependable, and enjoy working with people, we would love to have you join our team!
