Front of House Team Member Register - Expo - Floor At Dark Horse Coffee & Kitchen, we're more than a coffee shop—we're a hospitality company. What You'll Do As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be cross-trained between our register, expo, and floor positions, helping deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome every guest with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality. Take accurate orders while confidently answering menu and allergy questions. Prepare guests for an outstanding experience by making recommendations and suggesting add-ons. Expedite food and beverages with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Deliver food, check in with guests, and anticipate their needs before they ask. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room throughout the day. Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Uphold our high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and presentation. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn multiple stations and help wherever needed. Weekend availability is mandatory .
