This is the first chapter of Union Hall, a restored historic landmark that will grow into a collection of hospitality experiences. THE ROLE
We're looking for bartenders, servers, backservers, and food runners who want to help build something from the very beginning. The food, drinks, and destination bring people in. Hospitality is what brings them back. If that idea excites you, you'll probably enjoy working here.

In the kitchen, our food is simple, seasonal, flavorful, and skillfully prepared — never overwrought or performative. Made with care and intention. OUR BAR The bar at Hamlet is a full dining bar where guests come to eat, drink, gather, and linger. Our beverage program values balance, seasonality, craftsmanship, and discovery, highlighting thoughtful producers, distinctive bottles, exceptional non-alcoholic offerings, and timeless classics.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Every Front of House team member: Deliver genuine, conversational hospitality to every guest Know our food and beverage menus with confidence and guide guests across both Collaborate across the dining room and kitchen to create seamless experiences Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming space before, during, and after service Learn and share the stories behind our food, drinks, producers, and community Bartenders also: Prepare cocktails with precision and consistency Guide guests through our beverage program with warmth and knowledge Assist with batching, bar prep, inventory, opening, and closing Servers also: Guide the complete guest experience from welcome to farewell Coordinate timing and communication between guests and the kitchen Backservers & Food Runners also: Support servers and bartenders through timely, accurate delivery of food and beverages Assist with resets, stocking, and keeping service flowing smoothly

PRACTICAL DETAILS
Competitive hourly pay + tips (based on experience and role; details shared during the interview process). Evening and weekend shifts, with opportunities to support private events. Paid training and ongoing education. Flexible start date. Relevant experience is preferred, but character and cultural fit matter most. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Bartenders and servers serving alcohol must meet New York State age requirements.
Pay:
$25.00 - $55.00 per hour
