Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue through suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to sanitation protocols. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change. Support food safety management practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations. Skills Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast food environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus.
