Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Deli Associate to help with deli and catering operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide top-notch customer service.
- Manage daily deli operations, including food preparation, and inventory control.
- Slicing thin nova lox
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with kitchen team on food production and catering orders
- Answer and create phone and third-party app orders
REQUIREMENTS
- Similar experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant.
- Must be friendly with a good attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in inventory and food safety.
- Must have experience with food equipment, and deli slicers
- Must have experience slicing nova lox or willingness to learn
- Work with customers in taking and setting up catering orders
- Can work weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory are essential.
- Must speak English
