Responsibilities Prepare a variety of bubble tea drinks, including shaking, blending, and assembling ingredients with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, take their orders, answer questions about menu items, and recommend popular beverages Handle cash, credit card payments, and food handling with accuracy, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food preparation stations, seating areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and serving Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating delightful bubble tea experiences!
