Clean Safe Environment, no deep fryers or grills. Working temperature much lower than other restaurants. Employee discount is 100% for meals during working hours Primary shifts are 10AM to 6pm and 2pm to close (generally 9:30 pm). These shifts are rotated with other employees to allow for absences and break coverage. Weekends are required in rotation with other employees. Part time employees must work 6 hr shifts during the week or 8 hrs per shift weekends Privately held, family owned single location.

Responsibilities:

• Smoothie and fresh food preparation in a clean and fresh environment-All team members perform all aspects of order,prep and serve
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with their orders
• Follow food safety guidelines-Clear and clean tables, keep prep area clean
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to answer customer questions
• Assist with restocking inventory and supplies as needed

Skills:

• Organized and understand your availability in advance, good attendance, flexible when needed very important
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to handle transactions and operate a Point of Sale System
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
